	Yuba-Sutter Living We can relate! Every community is unique and our magazine doesn’t ignore the un-initiated. In this section, we offer the inside scoop on topics particular to our community: curing the small-town blues, cultural diversity, volunteer opportunities, raising a family and much more.
	IT HAPPENED HERE The North Sacramento Valley, and Yuba-Sutter in particular, has a brilliant, early history. As a vanguard of transportation, business, agriculture, mining and water policy from the mid-nineteenth century forward, our community takes a lead role in the story of the Wild West—a story we’re passionate about telling through various articles and features.
	TALK OF THE TOWNS Everybody’s talkin’ and we’re listening. In each issue, this section features a town or city in the Yuba-Sutter area—its history, its future and its claims to fame.
	REAL ESTATE & DEVELOPMENT “Houses don’t grow on trees.” Well, they might in our community. Residential and commercial developments are sprouting up everywhere. We can help direct you to some good opportunities, whether you’re interested in buying, selling or just breaking ground.
	biz buzz “Shop Local” isn’t just a slogan; it’s a fundamental part of growing a community. Our business directory and feature articles include practical advice, economic growth reports and the finest merchants—both new and old—in the Yuba-Sutter area.
	AGRICULTURE Yuba-Sutter is blessed with a fertile ground: peaches, plums, nuts, rice and organic produce. The fruits of our labor can be found in every farmer’s market, roadside stand and family farm from here to Timbuctoo…and we’ll tell you how to find the best of them.

	LIFESTYLE, ART & ENTERTAINMENT Yuba-Sutter has a surprisingly diverse repertoire of arts, culture, music, drama and cinema. This section features many of the area’s entertainment venues and artistic opportunities.
	worship There are hundreds of religious centers in the Yuba-Sutter area, ranging from Christian to Sikh to Seventh Day Adventist. Our Yuba-Sutter Community Magazine provides an updated worship listing and a touch of inspiration for the faithful among us.
	come out & play There are always new things to do. Our Yuba-Sutter Community Magazine would like to invite our readers to a night out. Join us for a game of baseball, a corndog at the fair or even a chance game of dice.
